By accessing or using AutomateSpot's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Description of Service
AutomateSpot provides managed hosting services for n8n and Activepieces automation platforms. Our services include server provisioning, maintenance, backups, and technical support. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed through Stripe:
- Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
- All fees are in EUR unless otherwise stated
- Failed payments may result in service suspension after 7 days
- Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase only
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Engage in spam or unsolicited communications
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with other users' use of the service
- Use excessive server resources beyond your plan limits
6. Data and Privacy
We take your data privacy seriously. Your data is stored securely on our servers located in Germany (Hetzner). We perform automated daily backups and maintain security measures to protect your information. 7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all services:
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance
- Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
- We provide automated backups retained for 7 days
- Support response times vary by plan level
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm our service or other users. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and your data may be deleted after 30 days unless otherwise required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
AutomateSpot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
